Beyond Space Furniture Trading LLC is a premium office furniture supplier based in Dubai, UAE. We provide workspace solutions including office chairs, desks, storage systems, and complete office fit-out services for businesses across the UAE and the wider GCC region.

3. Products & Services

• All product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time.
• Product availability is subject to stock levels and supplier availability.
• Custom and made-to-order products may have different lead times and cancellation policies.

4. Quotes & Orders

• Quotes provided through our website or by our sales team are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
• VAT at the applicable rate (currently 5%) will be added to all invoices.
• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed purchase order or written confirmation and the agreed deposit payment.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Payment Terms

• Standard payment terms are 50% deposit upon order confirmation and 50% balance prior to delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept bank transfers, cheques, and other payment methods as agreed with our sales team.
• Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted under UAE law.
• Title to goods remains with Beyond Space until full payment is received.

6. Delivery & Installation

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on product availability, location, and site readiness.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible and ready for installation.
• Beyond Space is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to customs clearance, supplier delays, or force majeure events.
• Installation services are subject to a separate agreement and additional charges may apply.

7. Returns & Cancellations

• Standard stock items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original, unused condition with original packaging, subject to a restocking fee.
• Custom, made-to-order, or specially imported items are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order is confirmed.
• Order cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations after production has commenced may forfeit the deposit.
• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

8. Warranty

Beyond Space products come with manufacturer warranties that vary by product and brand. General warranty terms:

• Structural components: typically 2–5 years depending on the product.
• Upholstery and fabric: typically 1–2 years under normal use.
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
• Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the property of Beyond Space Furniture Trading LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beyond Space shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
